Lance
Barrow was promoted to coordinating producer and lead game producer
for THE NFL ON CBS in May 2004. Since the NFL returned to the
CBS Television Network in 1998, Barrow had served as the producer
for the Network's NFL announce team of Dick Enberg and Dan Dierdorf
for six seasons and served as replay director for CBS Sports'
coverage of Super Bowl XXXV and Super Bowl XXXVIII.
An eight-time
Emmy Award-winner, Barrow joined CBS Sports in May 1975 as a spotter/researcher
for the Network's golf coverage. He has served in virtually every
capacity of CBS Sports' golf production. Barrow assumed the position
of coordinating producer, CBS Sports golf, in January 1997 and
has produced the majority of the Network's golf coverage since
1996, including the Network's historic coverage of the Masters®
and PGA Championship.
Barrow produced
CBS Sports' coverage of ski jumping and nordic combined at the
1994 Olympic Winter Games and was the associate director of the
primetime broadcasts at the 1992 Olympic Winter Games. He also
has served as the producer for coverage of NCAA basketball, college
football and auto racing. Barrow produced coverage of the 1998
Daytona 500, for which he received an Emmy nomination. As an associate
producer, his credits include the Masters and PGA Championship;
NCAA men's Final Four; Daytona 500; the U.S. Open Tennis Championships;
THE NFL TODAY and six Super Bowls. He has earned Emmy Awards for
his work on the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship, the Daytona
500 and the NFL.
Barrow attended
to Abilene Christian University in Texas, where he played football
and baseball. He earned a communications degree in 1978. |

Michael
is the Founder and Managing Member of R-Squared. With the assistance
of a Chief Technology Officer and a team of coders/developers,
Michael consultatively designs affordable and effective technological
solutions for operational and compliance improvement. He is a
nationally recognized compliance expert who frequently consults,
publishes and presents on topics of healthcare corporate compliance,
privacy, and third party coverage and reimbursement. Michael serves
on manufacturer, health system, and health plan compliance committees,
and on several Advisory Boards, including those for BNA’s
Medical Device and Law Report, Matthew Bender/Lexis Nexis Healthcare,
AIS Report on Patient Privacy, and Seton Hall University School
of Law’s Corporate Compliance Officer Certification Program.
Michael is the chief designer of R-Squared’s Arrangements
KeeperSM, a compliance and contract management tool designed specifically
to evidence compliance with requirements related to manufacturer/physician
relationships, and SpendTrackerSM, a highly scalable and interoperable
program that automates tracking and reporting of physician marketing/gift
expenditures.
Michael is
a former Partner within the Washington, DC health law practice
of a national law firm. He received his B.A. in economics from
Wake Forest University, and his J.D. from Seton Hall University
School of Law, with a concentration in health law from the Health
Law and Policy Program.

Cook

Guy
Cook is President, CEO, and CSO of the Company. Mr. Cook is considered
an international expert in biofilm science and its application.
He is published in the biofilm field and has been invited to speak
at many prominent biofilm conferences, including the "Anti-Infective
Materials Seminar” in Tokyo and the FDA-CDRH Antimicrobial
Device Efficacy Testing Seminar.
Prior to
founding Bacterin in 1997, Mr. Cook started his career as a product
specialist in the Image Analysis Department for Laboratory Equipment
Company in Chicago. He later became President of Delta Resources
in Crystal Lake, Illinois, which specialized in developing customized
image analysis solutions for the academic community. In 1996 he
moved to Montana and worked as a confocal microscopist for the
Center for Biofilm Engineering at the Montana State University
where he developed several proprietary testing models for the
medical device industry. Mr. Cook attended Indiana University
and received Bachelor of Science degrees in finance and economics.

Educated
at Princeton University and Columbia College of Physicians and
Surgeons, Dr. Craig spent his early professional career at the
University of Minnesota before joining Hospital for Special Surgery
as an attending surgeon. He is also a professor of clinical orthopedic
surgery
at Weill Cornell Medical College.

to his practice of Orthopedic Surgery, he has recently completed
a master’s degree in public health at Columbia University,
has written and lectured on many aspects of health care, and is

has been with Oberg since 1982. He has held various positions
including his current as the Director of Technical Development
and previously as Manager of Prototypes, Head of Engineering for
Plastic Injection Molding and Precision Tool & Die Maker.
Before joining Oberg, Joe worked in Quality Control at Gould Brown
Boveri.
He attended University of Pittsburg and studied Mechanical Engineering

Nick
Deeter brings more than 29 years of business leadership and health
care industry experience to his role as OrthoPediatrics’
Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer.
As
the company’s founder and visionary, he is responsible for
setting the strategic direction and long-term growth plans for
OrthoPediatrics. In this capacity, he leverages his successful
track record of developing and commercializing medical innovations,
orthopedic devices and implants for the global health care market.
Mr.
Deeter’s distinguished orthopedic and medical device career
began at Zimmer, Inc. and includes more than two decades of executive
leadership positions for other well-respected medical organizations.
Prior to forming OrthoPediatrics, he spent seven years with DePuy
Orthopaedics, a Johnson & Johnson company where he was responsible
for health care compliance administration, medical affairs and
orthogenesis. This included managing surgeon relationships, product
engineering, production and marketing of custom implants and limb
preservation products. Mr. Deeter also served as founder, Chairman,
President and CEO of ViAtro, Corp., a medical device company specializing
in infection control products; Vice President of University Technology
Inc. at Case Western Reserve University, managing the technology
transfer process of more than $100 million dollars per year of
medical research; and President of Medical Ventures Ltd., a venture
capital firm that initially funded STERIS Corp. Additionally,
he managed the orthopedic and respiratory products at Invacare
Corporation, the world leader in durable medical equipment.
Mr.
Deeter earned an MBA from Case Western University and a Bachelor’s
Degree in Engineering from Purdue University. He currently serves
on the Boards of Trustees of the Biomedical Engineering Department
at Case Western Reserve University, as well as AdvaMed, the medical
device industry’s largest lobbying group. |

Raj Denhoy is a Director in the

in New York. Raj has followed the device industry for 9 years

Piper Jaffray. He has also worked in research at JP Morgan and

Devine holds the position of Senior Product Development Manager
with Invibio Biomaterial Solutions. This role involves developing
and creating new materials for specific application needs in areas

Operating
closely at the material/device interface, Dr. Devine provides
insight into the demands and challenges in introducing new biomaterials

Devine is a named inventor on a number of patented inventions
and has contributed to presentations at shows such as Spinal Arthroplasty

Steven Scott is Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board and

in Salt Lake City and has special expertise in the use of Ilizarov
external fixation, pediatric orthopaedics, bone graft technology,
and orthopedic oncology.
Dr.
Scott has authored many scientific publications, has presented
at numerous national conferences, and has a patent pending. He
received his BA from Linfield College summa cum laude and attended
medical school at the University of Colorado. He completed his
orthopaedic training at the University of Utah and Mayo Clinic;

Anthony
G. Viscogliosi is an accomplished founder and developer of orthopedic
device technologies and companies. In the 1990s, he became the
first Wall Street analyst to focus specifically on the orthopedics
industry. He went on to initiate or oversee more than 170 transactions
in this dynamic sector.
Mr. Viscogliosi
is a founder of Small Bone Innovations, Inc. (SBi) and, in 2005,
raised $42.2 million for the company – the single largest
round of venture capital financing in orthopedic devices at that
time.
Mr. Viscogliosi
co-founded, in 1999, Viscogliosi Bros., LLC. He also co-founded
a Paradigm Spine, LLC; Spine Solutions, Inc., the ‘ProDisc’
company; Raymedica, Inc., the nucleus arthroplasty developer;
and, single use disposable device company, Ascent Healthcare Solutions,
Inc. In addition, with his brothers Marc and John, he is a founder
